I have never used PRO:VOKE products before so was neautral when trying the product but it exceeds my expectations. This toning shampoo is amazing. I have dark brown hair but was feeling a bit dull and needed a boost. After using this shampoo it neautralised the redness and harsh tones in my hair. My hair is so soft and alot more manageable since using it. This will be my go to now as it’s gave my hair a new lease of life and done wonders for my colour. 10/10

I used this on my dark brown hair with highlights, i left it on for a few minutes and used it with the conditioner. It’s left my slightly brassy highlights looking a lot more natural- I’m impressed! My hair feels soft and shiny too and the smell is delicious- sort of marzipany?

I’ve been bleaching my hair on and off for about 40 years so I wasn’t really surprised when I coloured my hair light brown and it didn’t turn out quite as expected. It definitely needed some TLC and this was what it got when I used this product. The bottle is easy to use in the shower and the smell is gorgeous. As well as bringing out the brown colour in all its’ glory, it also leaves it feeling so clean and fresh. No more brassiness, just beautiful colour.

I was a bit nervous using a blue shampoo but it’s great, my hair looks shiny. my natural brown shade looks bright and naturally highlighted. The shampoo has a pleasant aroma, it lathers up lots on the hair and washes out easily with no blue staining on hands or in shower.

This shampoo is amazing, so I had dyed red hair for about 5 years and about six months ago I decided to go chocolate brown, even after stripping the red out I have always had brassy tones in my hair, until this shampoo it has gotten rid of all the brassy tones and left my hair a cool chocolate colour as I wanted and it smells great and leaves my hair looking so healthy, this is a new must have for me.

I was really excited to try this shampoo as I felt my hair needed a bit of help. The colour had turned brassy and I’m not able to have a re colour done anytime soon. The packaging is really nice – lovely colour bottle, nice size too. I used it as I would normally use a shampoo, concentrating more on the tips as that’s where the brassy ness is. I can honestly say I am really impressed with the results of using this for about 3-4 times. My hair is unrecognisable….the colour is a rich brown shade, leaving my hair feeling soft after each wash! It is really easy to use, just lather it up and leave five minutes before washing off. So I have ombré hair and always struggle finding a toning shampoo/conditioner that will work on my hair. This is a complete game changer the blue is great idea for helping to boost too many warm tones through the brown but also refreshing my dull ombré. The shampoo is a perfect clean blue and does not leave a stain on the hair like others I’ve tried before. Lathers up great and smells amazing! The conditioner is silky smooth a little thinner then my usual one but gives all the nourishment you’d expect. Great find!

Really nice bottle and I absolutely love the colour of the shampoo! It is a gorgeous blue and while it does help with toning it is also really moisturises hair. My favourite thing is the smell though, it has a coconut/almond scent and it smells divine! Will definitely buy again!

This is the first blue shampoo I’ve tried on my dyed brunette hair. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but I like it! The scent is pleasant but not overwhelming like lots are. The great thing is it’s sulphate-free (which is not easy to find) but this means it can be harder to work up a lather, so requires a little more shampoo, but it does what it says on the tin (so to speak!). I like it!

I was a bit sceptical using toning shampoo from home but decided to give a go. I was scared that it will leave my hair blue but it didn’t and I’m so happy I gave a go. shampoo leathers very well and has a pleasant fragrance. the blue colour washes off well but it left my hand tiny stained blueish colour.it removed most of brassy yellows and reds from hair just after the first wash and I’m looking forward to seeing how it will be after a few washes.

I have been using the Provoke illuminex toning blue shampoo for brunettes for the last couple of weeks and have noticed a real difference in the colouring of my hair. It neutralises the warm tones in my hair and the colour appearance is much deeper and richer. My hair feels well hydrated after use and soft and appears to be a bit more smoother in appearance. As a vegan friendly and sulphate free product it will have a wide audience appeal price wise it is competitive with other high street brands and is easily available and is definitely one I would recommend.

I didn’t know about the existence of a blue shampoo specially made for brunettes, until I discovered this product. And I can say it really made a difference. The packaging is basic, but quite discreet, so I could easily carry it with me on a weekend trip. I was happy to see it has UV filters, it is sulphate free (although it had salts and I imagine silicones too) and the most important part, it neutralises orange tones for a great rich hair colour. My hair is dark brown and after just one wash, it really felt that the pigments restored the shine of my colour, it was almost like getting a retouch colouring. My hair did not feel dull and I really appreciated the fragrance. It has a milky, chocolate perfume that stays in your hair. The only downsize was the fact that it left my hair a little dry on the ends. My hair is usually pretty brittle, so I was expecting this in a way. Overall it was a great surprise and I will definitely be continuing to use it.

PRO:VOKE Toning Blue Shampoo 200ml is very good. I first used it and didnt really notice a difference however after a few uses i can see a difference with my hair colour. There really aren’t many blue shampoos out there and they tend to be expensive, I got this to help my hair previously bleached hair which had an ash brown put over it during lockdown. This really helped to lighten the blonder parts and bring out a nice colour in the darker toned bits, Looks lovely and no orangey colour now. Can’t wait to get back to the hairdressers but for now this is great!

My hair has been abused big time going from dark brown and heat styled most days. It has been left dull, with a horrible brassy tone. I have tried a lot of different purple shampoos, some very expensive but this is by far the best…ever! The bottle is easy to use, just press the cap and squeeze out the shampoo. You don’t need much – it is super concentrated so will last ages. Don’t be alarmed by the mega purpleness, it doesn’t stain your skin or the shower. Follow the simple instructions and voila – a lovely result. Just the right amount of toning. It smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling fresh, clean and soft. It’s difficult to show in photos. Brassiness is gone. My hair now feels much stronger and it actually shines again (which it hasn’t done for a while). I can’t recommend this product enough. I’ve tried many purple shampoos, my current one is really strong, perhaps too strong. Most of the ones I’ve bought from shops have been quite weak and not done a lot, so I usually order a specialist one online. I wasn’t expecting much from this pro bike one to be honest, I thought it would be the same as the rest but I was pleasantly surprised! I still have a small amount of yellow after a fresh bleach job, but the majority of it has gone. I’m aiming for as white as possible to dye it a pastel shade, and the purple shampoo has definitely helped. Will use again for sure.

I’ve only used this once but it definitely took out some of the Orange/brassy tones in my hair. It didn’t stain my hands or my bathroom but it does state to be careful when using it. I did find it drying so I used plenty of conditioner and a leave in conditioner after to rehydrate and protect my hair but I have dry curly hair anyway. Overall I’m really impressed and we continue to use this once a week until I feel the brassy tones in my hair have gone.

I usually use Fenola purple shampoo,but sometimes it leaves purple stains on my hair and I hate that. When I tried this shampoo I expected same stains or less results then Fenola. But wow was so suprised after first use all my yellow hair was gone. And with zero purple stains. So happy with results. Definitely will switch to this brand.

Let me start by saying this shampoo smells amazing! It’s so aromatic. The bottle is a good size and looks very eye catching. The shampoo itself is a deep purple in colour and looks very shiny. After a good few uses I have to say my hair feels so silky smooth and a lot stronger than before! I am very pleased with this product!

I’ve been using PRO:VOKE hair products for years now. This shampoo is just as great as all their other products. My blonde hair is left looking shiny, bright and refreshed; no brassiness in sight. I’ve been using PROVOKE touch of silver for years, initially on my naturally blonde hair, then on highlights and now on my silver hair. It brightens my silver hair and gives it a beautiful finish and when I used it on my blonde hair it removed the brassy tones. I wash my hair twice a week and use this shampoo and (matching conditioner) each time. It smells gorgeous and leaves my bleached and dyed hair feeling strong and smooth. For the price it’s fantastic and nothing else in this price range compares to it (I’ve tried them all). It doesn’t stain your fingers either unlike some other brands. Would definitely recommend. Ps make sure you leave it on for 5 minutes to get the most from it.

This purple shampoo works after just 1 wash, I have highlighted natural blonde hair and my highlights had started to go a bit yellow in the sun. This shampoo has turned them back to being a light silver blonde shade and unlike some of the purple shampoos I’ve tried this one hasn’t given my hair a dull grey tone, it’s even blended in some of my grey hair so my hair looks brighter and fresher. This shampoo is SLS free so it doesn’t dry out my hair or make it frizzy. It has a bubblegum like fragrance that lingers on my hair all day. It strengthens and repairs damaged hair so my hair is left feeling soft and silky, especially when used with the matching conditioner.

I have highlights in my hair and I was unsure of the benefits I would get from using PRO:VOKE strengthening shampoo with regards to the condition of my hair and the colour enhancement. Where my hair is highlighted it gets a bit dry and frizzy and doesn’t take long to develop brassy tones! The purple shampoo is a revelation! It nourished my hair and left it feeling clean and fresh, whilst not being harsh. It kept the brassy tones at bay and my highlights all stayed the same colour instead of some changing tones. I gave this a go after other purple shampoos I tried left my hair feeling weak and with lots of split ends. It’s a brilliant way of leaving hair much brighter and refreshed, especially at a time when you can’t get to the hairdressers!

Worked very well –

I have naturally “going out the grey” grey which has a big streak right in the middle at the front…the rest of my hair is brown but I have found the grey turns quite yellow…I thought giving this shampoo a try may help. Well it has…my grey is more vibrant and it has helped tone down the brassiness of my faded grown/growning out brown. It also benefits from smelling quite nice! Works especially well teamed with its matching conditioner!

This shampoo has elevated my blond hair to almost platinum which is exactly what I was going for. I left it on for around 2 mins. Roots went a little lilac so next time I’ll probably just use it to brighten the ends. It’s worked so well even my hairdresser wants the name of it! If you want a platinum blonde or brighter grey you must purchase this. Read the instructions and you can’t go wrong.

The Provoke touch of sliver shampoo is a wonderful shampoo that is effective and stylish. I enjoyed how this product provided excellent results giving my hair a lighter and more refined look. I got PRO:VOKE Purple shampoo. Love the smell. When I put it on my hair and left it for 5 mins like it said. When I washed it off my hair felt really soft. Went on easily and lathered up well. Not a large amount needed. Very purple, and needed to wash your hands and nails after applying. Left on for the 5 minutes stated, and rinsed off. Once dry – ginger tones diminished, and soft and smooth. Has cooled the yellow tones down and made more of a cool light blonde colour. Would definitely use again.

Was pleasantly suprised with this shampoo. Initially thoughts are “wow” its VERY purple and I was concerned it may leave a slight “purple rinse” to my hair, how wrong was I. It not only smells amazing but leaves it feeling really cleaned. You put it on and leave it to do its magic for up to 5mins, then rinse thoroughly. My hair feels and smells amazing and also looks a lot brighter, great for the lock down hair! Can’t wait to try the other products in this range.
